The trial results are in and we’re pleased to announce that 92% of people said they would use a GravityLight instead of a kerosene lamp!
Our trial has proved the concept of GravityLight and also given us a lot of useful feedback on how it can be improved and which features are not necessary. We’re currently using this knowledge to develop an improved version (nicknamed GL02). Jim and Martin are developing ways to make it even easier to use, last even longer and continue to cut out costs.
These approaches will then be developed into prototypes and put through rigorous testing. After the testing is complete we can begin to manufacture and hope to launch the final version spring 2015.
