Jim Reeves Jim, co-inventor of GravityLight, worked with Martin on the initial GravityLight concept, taking it from idea to reality. As co-founder and Technical Adviser of The GravityLight Foundation and Deciwatt Ltd, Jim now leads the R&D for GravityLight and future range development.

Caroline Angus Caroline is co-founder and Managing Director of The GravityLight Foundation. She's responsible for the overall strategy and its implementation - from partnership development to managing the finances.

Martin Riddiford Martin is co-inventor of GravityLight. As a multi-award winning product designer, founding director of therefore design consultancy and involved in over 100 successful product launches, Martin is an invaluable technical advisor to GravityLight's development.

Claire Ambrose Claire is our Commercial Strategy Officer. She leads our research and evaluation activities in Kenya, as well as fundraising and communications.  A lawyer by background, Claire has over five years experience working in a large international law firm, as well as for a number of government departments including the Department for International Development.

Hannah Nelson Hannah is currently completing her MSc in Social Policy at LSE following a year of travelling around Asia and Australia. She has recently joined GravityLight part-time to help with bookkeeping and preparing the financial accounts.

Benjamin Jones Benjamin is working as our communications and operations volunteer. Having grown up in Kenya and worked in the tech startup space, he is eager to explore using technology to help scale GravityLight's operations.

Anastasia Nicosia Anastasia, after completing her MSc in International Development at The University of Edinburgh, worked and volunteered in Italy for various NGOs. After spending a few months in France learning the language, she has recently decided to come back the U.K. to help us with our communication platforms.

Joe Parel Joe is our Strategy Intern. He is currently focused on research, GravityLight's expansion and due diligence into potential markets. Before joining GravityLight, Joe worked as a management consultant based out Chicago and New York advising higher education clients on matters of strategy and operations. Joe is an engineering graduate from the University of Michigan, and he is hoping to continue his education with an MBA.
