I don't know how to install my GravityLight

I have filled the bag with weight but does not light come on
If this is the first time your Gravitylight has been used, it may need a nudge to start. Apply some gentle downward pressure to the filled bag.
Does the white light come on and bag start gradually falling?
Great - your GravityLight is set up!
Light still not coming on?
If you have plugged a black wire into the side of the GravityLight, take this out and see if the light comes on.
If the light still does not come on, please email care@gravitylight.org to explain this issue and steps taken.
The light is red instead of white
This means the bag is too heavy. Remove some weight and re-test by pulling the orange cord. Repeat this step until the light changes from red to white. The weight should be approximately 12kg.
One or two of the lights are not on
Ensure the lights are plugged in properly. All plugs should be in all the way. The wires attached to the SatLights should be pointing up and should be tucked into the plastic case at the top of the SatLight.
Plugs inserted correctly but light(s) still not on?
Please check the settings of the SatLights. You can change where you’d like the light to be by changing the settings on each SatLight.
Twist the orange top in the opposite direction to the clear rim to switch between the 3 settings:

The light is not coming on and the bag is falling quickly
Have you plugged a black wire into the side of the GravityLight and the SatLights?
If not, please attach the SatLights (as the LEDs slow the bag’s descent).
If the SatLights are attached, check the black plugs are fully inserted on both ends.
